On the Eve of our Independence Day celebrations I was thinking about the Founding of the nation and the people who risked their “blood and treasure” in an attempt to make their lives and the lives of those who would come after them better…

and it occurred to me that there were some strong correlations between that generation and the one which exists today.

They were under the rule of a despot who connived with corrupt corporations to take their tax dollars and give them nothing in return.

Their communities were in dire need of infrastructure, yet the government was intent on stripping them of all fiscal resources in search of more wealth for the already wealthy.

Then a lightbulb went off …
