The Republican House and @SpeakerRyan just voted to kill funding for #CHIP for kids

Paul Ryan cannot find time in the US House’s busy schedule to hold a Floor vote on DACA (deferred action for childhood arrivals). But you know what he DID find time for on the House Floor tonight? 

A vote to strip the funding from the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). 

Yeah, killing kids by ending their access to doctors is what the House Republicans want to do now to American citizen children.

When our grandchildren talk about this era, in the future, they’ll be wondering what we did to fight against these horrors. I hope you have YOUR story documented to show that when it came time to stand up and be counted, you did. 

Oh — and the Senate has to vote to end CHIP, too — so don’t let them. 

Even if they’re both Democrats and you know they would crawl thru glass before voting to end funding for CHIP, and urge them to refuse to vote for this piece of shit legislation.
