Dear Hillary, Flint needs help TODAY. How about some Clinton Foundation funding for immediate needs?

I watched your interview with Rachel Maddow on thursday evening (jan 15, 2016) on MSNBC.com, where you noted:

Hillary Clinton:  I’m very pleased that FEMA is trying to do what it can, there. In speaking with the Congressional delegation, Senator Stabenow, Congressman Kildee and others on how they’re going to get enough funding so that kids can be tested, adults too, but let’s focus on the kids because that’s where the real damage is. This is infuriating to me, I did a lot of work on trying to get rid of lead in residential housing in upstate New York. I care deeply about this issue.

We know it has effects on behavior and educational attainment. We need to test kids, we need to provide it quickly, whatever healthcare they can get, whatever kind of antidote is possible; and we need an educational fund. Because some of these kids if they’ve been too exposed, the damage may be irreversible and we’re gonna have to more to actually help them learn.

I applaud your care and outrage over this terrible situation.

But I have to ask you — if you believe what you said there, “I would be doing everything I could, and I would be expecting everybody in a position of authority to do the same”?

Why not do something TODAY.

Your family Foundation, the Clinton Foundation/CGI, had (in 2013 alone) nearly $300,000,000 in revenues.

Could you perhaps find a few million to help the citizens in Flint who need help today, not weeks, months or years in the future? Even if it’s only to supply these families and children at risk of “possible irreversible damage” from lead poisoning with some clean, potable and safe water while State and Local and Federal officials work on longer term solutions?

Surely a candidate for president who personally earned millions in speaking fees alone in the past two years, and whose family Foundation has hundreds of millions in yearly revenue and who says this crisis is one which about which you “care deeply about” would take this opportunity to put some money where your mouth is. When it could matter.
