Welcome to WHAT IF Wednesday! WHAT IF... You had to choose one day to live over, forever after?What day would you pick?
I’ve had some great days.
The day I got married.
The day I met the love of my life (not the one I married).
The days my children were born.
But I think the day that I’d be content to live over and over and over again is a day last summer, when it was just me and the grandkids at the house. Nothing special happened that day. My youngest granddaughter had recently learned that cats were more than soft pillows and spent half the afternoon playing with two of our cats. The older child (10 at the time) was happy to play with her 1 yr old sister and the cats. No crying, no fighting. Just baby giggles and pre-adolescent laughter and the rumble of the purring of contented cats.
