President Trump, the Republican Governors and conservative protesters want to re-open the states.
If they would all agree to do just one thing, we COULD get back to work — at least some of us.

Test every single person in the country, for COVID-19, with an anti-body test. If you get a positive, get the other test to confirm it.
Once you are cleared as having had #SARSCoV2 and have the anti-bodies to prove it? So long as you live alone and/or your roommates/family ALSO test out as cleared w/antibodies, then you should be able to go back to work, as none of you are at risk of contracting the virus again (at least not at first, because immunity scope or term has not been confirmed for this virus).
THIS is the best argument to use when discussing the issue with someone.
It is also the best argument The Democrats could put forward, to convince the GOP members of Congress and Governors that there is a path to getting the nation up and running in a SAFER manner than simply deciding on some random day to open doors and invite customers in.
